Erin Ehlers is a yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist. She approaches yoga from the idea that the practice should be adapted to meet the needs of the individual, and that each student is unique. She offers classes for different levels and conditions, and works to bring her students towards the deep, long-lasting benefits of yoga. In Erin's classes, you'll work slowly to give yourself time to connect within.
Erin has a background in teaching students with a variety of considerations, such as obesity, osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis, joint repairs and replacements, pelvic floor disorders and emotional instability. She enjoys guiding people to empower themselves with simple interventions for their well-being. She draws from yoga poses, breath work, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy to educate her students.
