Alaina Legere, RYT-200
Alaina found yoga in 2012 after years of trying to build up the courage to take a class. A friend dragged her to a Hatha Yoga class at a local gym. During that class she felt empowered, strong and was able to tap into a deep connection with her soul. In the beginning, she used yoga to help cope with the stressful transition into becoming a new nurse, utilizing the asanas (physical practice) and pranayamas (breathing) to help center herself. As her relationship with yoga grew, she became attracted to the spiritual and emotional benefits, which has helped her become acquainted to the truest and best version of herself. She completed her 200+ hour teacher training with Happy Love Yoga School in 2017 at Bending Bodhi in Dover, NH. Alaina is a lover of the Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow styles. Her yoga philosophy is that all of life's questions can be found if we just simply look within.
When she is not on her mat, she could be found spending time with her wonderful husband Andrew and their two dogs: Henry and Porkchop. Alaina works as a Palliative Care nurse, where she is able to connect her love of helping people with her spiritual and energetic beliefs.
